Bruce Willis on Between Two Ferns
“While you were making the Whole Ten Yards, were you ever worried that it would be too good?”
I had a dream about Bruce Willis, some years back. I had approached him to tell him that I was a big fan. But he began shouting. Telling me to leave him alone. That he didn’t want to be bothered.
“Oh, okay.” I started walking away.
After a moment, he called after me. “Hey, wait. That’s it? You’re just going to leave me alone?”
“Well yeah, I never meant to bother you…”
That was enough for Bruce. He invited me to pal around with him for the better part of a day.
While I may never realize my dream of getting to hang out with Bruce, this Between Two Ferns is a good substitute. Just listening to him babble incoherently about the 80′s is enough to keep me happy until death.
